On Memorial Day we had the pleasure of shooting our very first Publick House wedding! This is a gorgeous venue about zero minutes from our home, so we were thrilled that Patti + Eric chose us to document their big day!
It was a slightly rainy day - but nothing this crew couldn't handle
It was a day FILLED with love and tons of personality - the groom and his groomsmen wore funky socks....
.....it seems somebody put poo on the Best Man's beer.... o.O
Rather than a "unity candle" or "sand pouring" ceremony...these two opted to pour and share a mixed drink - called the "Bunny Fart" in some circles, "Amortentia" in others.
ewwwww, boys are grossssss
#YankeesFans #WaitAMinute .....
They made a wicked cool photo wall, complete with their kitties, Dumbledore, and Cousin Eddie!
The new husband-and-wife danced their first dance to one of my favorite songs, "Harvest Moon" by Neil Young ...
But there's a full moon risin'
Let's go dancin' in the light
We know where the music's playin'
Let's go out and feel the night.
Because I'm still in love with you
I want to see you dance again
Because I'm still in love with you
On this harvest moon.
They were the proud recipients of fancy new fanny packs....
and the re-gifted bread-maker!
They had an uber-colorful Candy Bar with stache-bags...
But most importantly, they spent the day surrounded by the people that love them the most in the world <3
Thanks again for allowing us to be part of your Big Day, Patti and Eric!
